We are responsible for the processing and storage of personal information of consumers of XLearner services, as well as visitors to the site https://xlearner.io. XLearner collects and processes the following information: first name, last name and patronymic of the user (client), postal address, e-mail address and phone number. We only collect data that you voluntarily provide to us. For example, we may collect personal information (data from your public social network profile) in order to obtain feedback from you about our services, or we request information about your location to register on the site, in order to provide services or participate in promotions. You have the right not to provide us with this information, but in this case, our site and services may not work properly or some of their functionality will be unavailable.

Such information may include: your IP address, your computer/mobile device operating system and browser type, your device type, the unique device identifier (UDID) or mobile equipment identifier (MEID) of your mobile device, the address of the site where a link was posted about us and information about the pages you visited on our website.

In some cases, the collected personal information may be available to certain categories of responsible persons of XLearner (Data Operator) associated with the operation of the site (such as administration, sales department, marketing department, call center, legal department, system administrators), or third parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal organizations, hosting service providers, information technology companies, communications services) whom we instruct, if necessary, to act as a Data Processor.
